Role Overview
The Preschool Teacher will play a key role in shaping the early learning experience of children. The role focuses on creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where young learners can explore, develop social-emotional skills, and build early literacy and numeracy foundations. The teacher will implement developmentally appropriate practices and encourage inquiry-based learning aligned with international standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver engaging preschool lessons that support holistic child development
- Foster curiosity, creativity, and problem-solving through play-based learning
- Create a warm and inclusive classroom environment where every child feels valued
- Use effective assessment strategies to monitor and guide student progress
- Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support children’s growth
- Integrate technology and innovative teaching strategies where appropriate
- Contribute to school-wide activities and community events
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
- Valid teaching certification (QTS, PGCE, or equivalent)
- At least three years of experience in early years or preschool teaching
- Strong understanding of international curricula and child-centered pedagogy
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills
- High proficiency in spoken and written English
- Commitment to professional growth and innovation in teaching
