Located in the capital of Kyrgyzstan, the school offers the International Baccalaureate (IB) Primary Years Programme (PYP), Middle Years Programme (MYP), and Diploma Programme (DP), along with the Cambridge IGCSE. The school is fully accredited by the New England Association of Schools and Colleges (NEASC) and recognized by the Ministry of Education of the Kyrgyz Republic.

Role Overview
As a Primary Class Teacher, you will design and deliver engaging lessons that foster critical thinking, creativity, and curiosity in young learners. You will support the holistic development of each child, encourage inquiry-driven learning, and contribute to the overall success of the Primary Years Programme. Beyond the classroom, you will collaborate with colleagues, engage with families, and play an active role in school-wide initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver lessons aligned with the IB PYP framework
- Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment
- Use innovative teaching strategies to promote active learning
- Assess and monitor student progress with clear feedback
- Collaborate with teachers across grade levels and subject areas
- Contribute to extracurricular activities and school events
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education or a related field
- Valid teaching certification (QTS, PGCE, or equivalent)
- Minimum 3 years of teaching experience, preferably in primary or elementary education
- Familiarity with international curricula, especially IB PYP
- Strong communication and classroom management skills
- Proficiency in spoken and written English
- Commitment to professional development and innovation in teaching
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural school community
