Role Overview: Primary English Teacher
As a Primary English Teacher, you will deliver engaging and differentiated English language instruction to students in lower school grades. You will nurture a love for reading, writing, and spoken English while supporting students’ development of critical thinking, creativity, and cross-cultural understanding.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver dynamic English language lessons aligned with international and Chinese curricula
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Use a range of teaching strategies to meet diverse learning needs
- Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum planning and student progress
- Build strong relationships with students and families
- Integrate educational technologies into daily teaching

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English, Education, or a related field
- Valid teaching certification (e.g., QTS, PGCE, or equivalent)
- At least 2 years of experience teaching English at the primary level
- Familiarity with British or international school curricula preferred
- Strong classroom management and interpersonal communication skills
- Proficient in spoken and written English
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and committed to student success
- Ability to enrich the curriculum and participate in school initiatives
