Position Overview: Primary English Teacher (Native Speaker)

As a Primary English Teacher, you will deliver engaging, student-centered lessons that build foundational literacy and communication skills. You will also create a classroom environment that supports curiosity, creativity, and confidence in young learners.

Responsibilities

• Plan and teach English language arts to primary-level students in line with the Cambridge Primary curriculum
• Develop differentiated instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners
• Foster strong classroom management and a safe, respectful learning space
• Communicate consistently with parents, students, and colleagues
• Use technology and interactive resources to support learning goals
• Collaborate with team members to enhance curriculum and teaching practices

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, English, or a related field
• Valid teaching license or recognized international teaching certification (e.g., QTS, PGCE)
• Minimum of 2 years teaching experience at the primary level
• Native-level proficiency in English (spoken and written)
• Strong communication and classroom management skills
• Proactive, self-motivated, and committed to continuous professional growth
• Experience in international schools or Cambridge curriculum is an advantage
