Role Summary: Primary ESL Teacher
As a Primary ESL Teacher, you will play a central role in enhancing students’ English language skills through interactive, student-centered instruction. Your lessons will support both language development and academic success, enabling students to thrive in an English-speaking learning environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in ESL, Education, English, or a related field
- A valid teaching license or recognized certification (e.g., QTS, PGCE, TESOL, CELTA)
- At least 2 years of experience teaching ESL at the primary level
- Solid understanding of ESL methodologies and language acquisition strategies
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills
- Proven ability to work effectively in a multicultural school community
- High proficiency in both spoken and written English
- Proactive, self-directed, and eager to contribute to curriculum development
- Strong technology integration skills to support engaging and effective learning
