Primary Homeroom Teacher

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver dynamic and differentiated lessons aligned with the curriculum
• Develop comprehensive year plans, unit plans, and daily lesson plans
• Incorporate diverse learning materials and digital tools into the classroom
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment
• Assess and track student progress with consistent feedback and reporting
• Communicate regularly with parents about student achievements and goals
• Support extracurricular and school-wide activities
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching strategies and student outcomes

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Education (BEd) or equivalent
• Relevant degree with a Post-Graduate Certificate in Education (PGCE/PGDE)
• At least 5 years of relevant classroom experience in international or similar school settings
• Experience with the Cambridge and IPC curricula is preferred
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• Passion for student-centered teaching and cross-cultural education
