Role: Primary Homeroom Teacher
As a Primary Homeroom Teacher, you will lead a class of students across core subjects including English, mathematics, science, and social studies. You will provide a supportive and engaging classroom environment that promotes curiosity, confidence, and independence. This is a full-time position suitable for educators committed to shaping the foundation of lifelong learning.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach core subjects using the UK National Curriculum framework
- Develop and implement student-centered, differentiated lesson plans
- Monitor student progress through formative and summative assessments
- Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
- Communicate effectively with parents and school staff
- Support school events, assemblies, and co-curricular programs
- Integrate educational technologies to enhance teaching and learning
- Participate in team planning and professional development sessions
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education or a related field
- Valid teaching license or certification (e.g., QTS, PGCE, or equivalent)
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar primary teaching role
- Familiarity with the UK National Curriculum and Cambridge learning objectives
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- High proficiency in spoken and written English
- Collaborative, independent, and committed to continuous improvement
