The Role: Primary Homeroom Teacher
As a Primary Homeroom Teacher, you will:
- Plan and deliver engaging, student-centered lessons aligned with the Cambridge Primary Curriculum.
- Create a stimulating and inclusive classroom environment that fosters creativity and curiosity.
- Support students’ academic, social, and emotional development through differentiated instruction.
- Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to guide learning.
- Foster strong communication and collaboration with parents, ensuring students’ success.
- Integrate technology and hands-on activities to enhance student learning experiences.
- Participate in school events, professional development programs, and curriculum planning sessions.
Qualifications & Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A bachelor’s degree in education, primary teaching, or a related field.
- A valid teaching license (QTS, PGCE, or equivalent).
- Proven experience teaching primary-level students.
- A passion for child-centered learning, creativity, and innovative teaching strategies.
- Strong classroom management skills and a commitment to creating a positive learning environment.
