Role Overview: Primary Homeroom Teacher (Year 5)
As a Year 5 Homeroom Teacher, you will lead students through key subjects such as English, Mathematics, Science, and Humanities. You will foster a positive and inclusive classroom culture that encourages academic progress, critical thinking, and social-emotional growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons aligned with the Cambridge framework
- Differentiate instruction to meet diverse learning styles and needs
- Maintain a safe, respectful, and well-managed classroom
- Use a range of formative and summative assessments to track progress
- Foster strong relationships with students and parents through regular communication
- Collaborate with colleagues on lesson planning, events, and school initiatives

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education or a related field
- Valid teaching certification (QTS, PGCE, or equivalent)
- Minimum 2 years of classroom teaching experience
- Familiarity with the Cambridge curriculum preferred
- Strong command of spoken and written English
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills
