About the Role: Primary Lead Teacher
As a Primary Lead Teacher, you will plan and implement dynamic, student-centered learning experiences for children in the primary years. You will lead classroom instruction, assess student progress, and collaborate with a team of educators to build a strong and supportive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver creative, inquiry-based lessons aligned with the New Zealand Curriculum
- Promote critical thinking, collaboration, and independence among students
- Maintain clear communication with parents and colleagues to support student growth

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education or a related field
- Valid teaching certification (e.g., QTS, PGCE, or equivalent)
- Minimum two years of teaching experience in a similar primary school role
- Solid understanding of child development and student-led learning
- Excellent classroom management and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in spoken and written English
- Proactive, organized, and collaborative attitude
