Role Overview: Primary Math & Science Teacher
As the Primary Math & Science Teacher, you will deliver engaging lessons that promote numeracy, scientific inquiry, and critical thinking. You will design developmentally appropriate learning experiences aligned with international standards and encourage curiosity and independent exploration. Working closely with colleagues across grade levels, you will contribute to cross-curricular initiatives and create a dynamic classroom environment that nurtures each child’s academic and personal growth.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Mathematics, Science, or a related field
- Valid teaching certification (QTS, PGCE, or equivalent)
- Minimum of 2 years teaching experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of elementary math and science curricula
- Proven classroom management and instructional planning skills
- High proficiency in spoken and written English
- Passion for working in a multicultural international school setting
- Collaborative and enthusiastic team player
- Technologically literate, with experience using digital tools to enhance learning
- Commitment to continuous professional development and school-wide initiatives
