Role Summary: Primary Mathematics Teacher
The Primary Mathematics Teacher will lead engaging and rigorous math lessons that develop students’ conceptual understanding, problem-solving ability, and confidence in using mathematical language. You will implement best practices in math instruction while collaborating with colleagues across grade levels to support cross-curricular learning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field
- A valid teaching license or certification (e.g., QTS, PGCE, or equivalent)
- At least 2 years of teaching experience in a similar role
- In-depth knowledge of the English National Curriculum for primary mathematics
- Familiarity with international school settings and the IB curriculum
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and classroom management skills
- Strong English language proficiency, both spoken and written
- A proactive and reflective approach to teaching and professional development
