Role: Primary Mathematics Teacher
As a Primary Mathematics Teacher, you will guide students through fundamental math concepts using inquiry-based strategies and real-world applications. Your instruction will build confidence, logical reasoning, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging and age-appropriate math lessons
- Incorporate creative teaching methods that meet diverse learning styles
- Monitor and assess student progress using formative and summative assessments
- Work collaboratively with teaching teams and contribute to curriculum development
- Communicate effectively with parents on student progress and learning goals
- Participate in school events and contribute to the wider school community
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field
- Valid teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, QTS, or equivalent)
- At least 2 years of teaching experience in a similar role
- Familiarity with international curricula and inquiry-based learning
- Strong interpersonal, classroom management, and communication skills
- Fluency in spoken and written English
- Self-motivated and proactive in curriculum enrichment
