Role: Primary Mathematics Teacher
The Primary Mathematics Teacher will deliver high-quality math instruction tailored to young learners. You will plan and implement engaging lessons aligned with the Cambridge Primary Mathematics framework. You’ll use hands-on activities, real-life examples, and digital resources to help students develop a solid foundation in numeracy and a love for mathematics.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach primary-level mathematics using the Cambridge curriculum
- Design and deliver interactive and differentiated lesson plans
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom culture
- Monitor and assess student progress using a range of tools
- Collaborate with other teachers to ensure curriculum alignment
- Communicate regularly with parents on student progress
- Integrate technology to enhance student engagement and outcomes
- Participate in school-wide events and ongoing professional development
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Mathematics, or a related field
- Valid teaching certification (PGCE, QTS, or equivalent)
- At least 2 years of experience teaching primary-level math
- Experience with international or British-based curricula preferred
- Strong classroom management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in written and spoken English
- Commitment to student-centered learning and professional growth
