Role: Primary PE Teacher
As a Primary Physical Education Teacher, you will:
- Deliver engaging and age-appropriate PE lessons to primary students
- Promote physical fitness, teamwork, and a lifelong love of sports
- Encourage participation in co-curricular athletic activities and school competitions
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment for all students
- Collaborate with colleagues to integrate PE into the wider curriculum
- Monitor and assess student progress to support individual development
- Use a variety of teaching strategies and resources, including educational technology, to maximize learning outcomes
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education or a related field
- Recognized teaching qualification (QTS, PGCE, or equivalent)
- Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in a PE or similar role
- Strong knowledge of the English National Curriculum
- Proven ability to motivate and engage students in physical activity
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and school improvement
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and team-oriented educator
- Fluent in spoken and written English
