Role Overview
As a Primary School Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the learning journey of students in their formative years. The position requires the ability to design engaging, student-centered lessons aligned with the Cambridge Primary Curriculum, while fostering curiosity, resilience, and collaboration. Key Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons aligned with the Cambridge Primary Curriculum
- Foster an engaging and supportive classroom environment
- Use technology and innovative strategies to enhance learning outcomes
- Assess, monitor, and provide constructive feedback on student progress
- Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum development and extracurricular initiatives
- Actively contribute to school events and community activities
- Build strong relationships with students, parents, and the wider school community
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education or a related field
- Valid teaching license or certification (QTS, PGCE, or equivalent)
- Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience, ideally in an international school
- Familiarity with the Cambridge curriculum or other international programs
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- High level of proficiency in spoken and written English
- Commitment to ongoing professional learning and innovation
