Role Overview: Primary School Teacher
The Primary School Teacher will create engaging and inquiry-led lessons that align with IPC goals and SMMIS values. The successful candidate will inspire students, build strong classroom relationships, and contribute meaningfully to school life.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver dynamic, age-appropriate lessons using the IPC framework
- Differentiate instruction to meet the needs of all learners
- Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback to students and parents
- Maintain a positive, inclusive, and respectful classroom culture
- Collaborate with colleagues on planning, assessment, and co-curricular activities
- Support school initiatives and contribute to wider community events
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education or a related field
- Valid teaching license or certification (QTS, PGCE, or equivalent)
- Minimum 2 years of relevant teaching experience
- Experience with IPC or other international curricula preferred
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Commitment to professional development and reflective practice
- Proficiency in using educational technology effectively
- Enthusiastic about working in a multicultural environment
