Role Overview: Primary Science Teacher
The Primary Science Teacher will deliver creative and hands-on science lessons to students in Years 1–6. The ideal candidate will spark curiosity, foster scientific inquiry, and make complex concepts easy to understand.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality science instruction aligned with the British curriculum
- Create engaging experiments and lessons that promote observation and discovery
- Foster a growth mindset and a scientific approach to problem-solving
- Track student progress using formative and summative assessments
- Collaborate with colleagues to support interdisciplinary learning
- Use digital tools to enhance instruction and student engagement
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Science, Education, or a related field
- Valid teaching certification (e.g., QTS, PGCE, or equivalent)
- Minimum two years of experience in a similar teaching role
- Strong knowledge of primary science education and classroom management
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Ability to motivate young learners and work collaboratively within an international team
