Role Overview: Primary Teacher
As a Primary Teacher, you will inspire and guide young learners through the foundational years of their education. You will plan and deliver creative, engaging lessons aligned with the Cambridge Primary Curriculum, while supporting the individual needs and holistic development of each child.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver interactive and student-centered lessons to primary-level learners
- Plan, assess, and adapt instruction to meet the diverse needs of students
- Foster a positive classroom environment that supports academic and personal growth
- Use technology and hands-on learning to enrich the curriculum
- Engage in school-wide initiatives, events, and professional development
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
- Encourage values-based learning and global citizenship
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education or a related field
- Valid teaching certification (PGCE, QTS, or equivalent)
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience teaching at the primary level
- Experience with the Cambridge curriculum preferred
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills
- High proficiency in spoken and written English
- Collaborative, self-motivated, and passionate about teaching
- Confident in using educational technology in the classroom
