A very warm welcome to Abroad International School. We provide an English-based comprehensive education. We are offering the International Baccalaureate Primary Years Program (IB PYP), and Middle Years Programme(IB MYP) and are a Candidate School for the Diploma Programme(IB DP). We maintain a low student-to-teacher ratio allowing for strong student-teacher relationships and a variety of extra-curricular activities.

The Early Learning Centre (ELC) (Ages 1-5) sections are for early learners. We recognize that all children are entitled to the best start in life and support them in achieving their potential. A child’s experience has a vital impact on his/her future life chances, so we do our best to provide them with a safe, happy, and secure learning environment.

At the Primary School, we aim to make children confident and independent learners. We provide many opportunities for students to demonstrate what they have learned. Learning at AIS is inquiry-based, where students are encouraged to identify pertinent questions and construct well-informed answers.

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Primary School Teacher to join our team of dedicated educators. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction in line with the IB PYP curriculum to elementary/primary school students.

Skills and Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field
– Minimum of 2 years’ experience teaching at the primary level
– Strong knowledge of the IB PYP curriculum
– Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
– Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and other stakeholders
– Demonstrated ability to differentiate instruction based on student needs
– Experience using technology as a tool for teaching and learning
