Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that meet the educational needs and interests of primary school students.
• Utilize a variety of teaching methods and educational resources to cater to diverse learning styles.
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing regular feedback and support to ensure academic improvement and personal development.
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes respect, collaboration, and active learning.
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student progress, achievements, and areas for development.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall educational experience and maintain a cohesive curriculum.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with educational best practices and methodologies.
• Maintain classroom discipline and ensure a safe and conducive learning environment for all students.

Job Specification:

Experience:

• A proven track record of providing outstanding teaching and learning experiences in a primary education setting.
• Experience teaching in the UAE or at least 2-3 years in the home country is an added advantage.

Education / Certifications:

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Education or a related field.
• Certified teaching qualification such as B.Ed., with UAE attestation.
