New Day Learning & Therapy Clinic (NDL) in Bangkok is hiring a dedicated and experienced Psychology Teacher to join its dynamic special education team. Located in the heart of Bangkok, New Day Learning & Therapy Clinic offers specialized full-day programs tailored to students with intellectual and developmental disabilities, including Autism Spectrum Disorder and Down’s Syndrome. The clinic blends an adapted UK curriculum with a range of therapy services and Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) designed to support every student’s personal growth and learning goals.

Role: Psychology Teacher
As a Psychology Teacher at NDL, you will:
- Teach Psychology with a focus on the adapted UK curriculum
- Create engaging and differentiated lesson plans for learners with varying needs
- Support students in understanding key psychological theories and applications
- Collaborate with therapists, SEN professionals, and classroom teachers
- Promote social-emotional development and mental wellness
- Contribute to behavior management plans and emotional support strategies
- Communicate regularly with parents and caregivers regarding progress
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology or Education
- Valid teaching certification (QTS, PGCE, or equivalent)
- At least 2 years of experience in teaching or working in a special education environment
- Strong understanding of child psychology, behavior strategies, and learning support
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills
- High level of proficiency in English
- Ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and adapt instruction to meet diverse needs
