Role: Secondary Art & Design Teacher
We are looking for a qualified Art & Design teacher who brings both creativity and structure into the classroom. The successful candidate will deliver engaging IGCSE-level Art & Design lessons, help students build technical and conceptual skills, and contribute to extracurricular initiatives related to the arts.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Art, Design, or a related discipline
- Valid teaching certification (PGCE, QTS, or equivalent)
- 2–3 years’ experience teaching IGCSE Art & Design in Primary or Secondary settings
- Experience with other IGCSE or O-level subjects is an added advantage
- Strong classroom management and lesson planning abilities
- Passion for teaching in an international, multicultural setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Initiative to enhance the curriculum and lead art-related projects or exhibitions
- Proficiency in integrating technology to enrich student learning
