Role Overview: Secondary Biology Teacher
As the Secondary Biology Teacher, you will deliver engaging lessons aligned with the Cambridge IGCSE Biology syllabus. You will help students explore life sciences through inquiry, hands-on experimentation, and applied learning techniques. Your work will support the development of critical thinking skills and scientific literacy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biology or a related discipline
- Valid teaching certification (QTS, PGCE, or equivalent)
- IGCSE Biology teaching experience is essential
- At least 2 years of relevant teaching experience
- Strong subject knowledge and curriculum planning skills
- Effective classroom management and student engagement strategies
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Proficient with educational technology tools
- Self-motivated, proactive, and team-oriented
