Role Overview: Secondary Chemistry Teacher
The Secondary Chemistry Teacher will teach the Cambridge IGCSE Chemistry curriculum to students at the secondary level. The ideal candidate will create engaging and practical science lessons that develop students’ analytical skills and scientific understanding.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry or a related subject
- Valid teaching license or certification (QTS, PGCE, or equivalent)
- Trained in delivering the IGCSE Chemistry syllabus
- Minimum of 2 years teaching experience in a similar role
- Strong command of classroom management and instructional strategies
- Highly proficient in English (spoken and written)
- Able to integrate technology into the classroom to support student learning
- Demonstrates initiative, independence, and collaborative spirit
- Enthusiastic about working in a multicultural, faith-based environment
