Role: Secondary Economics Teacher
As a Secondary Economics Teacher, you will deliver engaging and practical lessons that cover microeconomics, macroeconomics, and related business topics. You will help students develop analytical thinking, financial literacy, and real-world understanding of economic principles. This role includes curriculum planning, classroom instruction, student assessment, and involvement in extracurricular or leadership initiatives that support whole-child development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Business, or Education
- Recognized teaching license or certification (e.g., QTS, PGCE, or equivalent)
- Minimum of 2 years of secondary-level teaching experience
- Familiarity with the ACE or American curriculum is an advantage
- Excellent communication and classroom leadership skills
- Proficient in spoken and written English
- Strong collaboration skills and cultural adaptability
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
- Willingness to support and participate in the school’s Christian mission
