Role Overview: Secondary ESL Teacher
As a Secondary ESL Teacher at Vinschool, you will support non-native English-speaking students in achieving fluency and academic confidence in English. You will deliver engaging and interactive lessons tailored to different proficiency levels, while fostering a safe, inclusive, and language-rich classroom environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in ESL, English, Education, or a related field
- Valid teaching license or international teaching credential (e.g., QTS, PGCE, TESOL, CELTA)
- At least 2 years of relevant teaching experience at the secondary level
- Deep understanding of ESL pedagogy and second-language acquisition
- Strong classroom management and effective communication skills
- High level of proficiency in both spoken and written English
- Self-motivated and committed to professional development and innovation in teaching
- Enthusiasm for working in a diverse, multicultural school setting
- Ability to integrate educational technology to enhance learning outcomes
- Strong collaboration skills with students, parents, and colleagues
