Role Overview
The Secondary Maths Teacher will:
- Deliver engaging and challenging maths lessons aligned with the British curriculum.
- Plan, assess, and report on student learning using a variety of effective strategies.
- Foster a positive learning environment that supports student progress and achievement.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum resources and share best practices.
- Support the co-curricular life of the school and contribute to whole-school events and initiatives.
- Maintain open communication with students and parents to ensure academic and personal development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics or a related field.
- A valid teaching qualification such as QTS or PGCE.
- Proven experience teaching maths at the secondary level, preferably in an international school.
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of the British curriculum.
- Commitment to continuous professional growth and a passion for education.
- High level of proficiency in spoken and written English.
