Role: Secondary PE Teacher
As a Secondary Physical Education Teacher, you will play a vital role in developing students’ physical skills, fitness levels, and healthy lifestyle habits. You will design and deliver a diverse sports and fitness curriculum that meets international standards and promotes lifelong wellness.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach PE classes to students across secondary levels
- Develop and implement engaging lessons that promote physical activity, teamwork, and well-being
- Organize sports events, inter-house competitions, and extracurricular athletic activities
- Track student performance and provide constructive feedback
- Collaborate with faculty to support interdisciplinary learning
- Maintain safety and discipline during activities
- Encourage students to adopt healthy lifestyle habits beyond the classroom
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physical Education, Sports Science, or a related field
- Valid teaching certification (e.g., PGCE, QTS, or equivalent)
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Familiarity with international curricula and standards
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills
- Strong commitment to student development and community involvement
- Fluency in English
- Ability to lead with energy, creativity, and professionalism
