Role: Secondary Physical Education Teacher
We are seeking a dynamic Secondary PE Teacher who can lead and manage engaging lessons focused on fitness, health education, and team sports. The successful candidate will develop a comprehensive PE curriculum tailored to secondary students, emphasizing physical skill development, teamwork, and personal discipline.
The role includes planning and conducting physical activities that align with the IGCSE curriculum, organizing sports events, coaching teams, and promoting lifelong healthy habits. You will also collaborate with staff to integrate physical education into whole-school initiatives and student wellness programs.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree in Physical Education or a closely related field
- Minimum of 2 years’ teaching experience, ideally in an international or IGCSE setting
- Deep understanding of adolescent physical development and sports education
- Strong classroom management and organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Passion for working within a culturally diverse international school community
- Proficiency in spoken and written English
- Self-motivated, proactive, and committed to student development and continuous professional growth
