Role Overview: Secondary Physics Teacher
The successful candidate will teach physics to students across lower and upper secondary levels, preparing them for IGCSE and A-Level or equivalent qualifications. You will work collaboratively within the science department and contribute to the ongoing development of a strong STEM program.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and challenging physics lessons aligned with international standards
- Create a stimulating classroom environment that encourages scientific curiosity
- Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback
- Support co-curricular science activities and competitions
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop interdisciplinary learning experiences

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physics or a closely related subject
- Valid teaching certification (QTS, PGCE, or equivalent)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching secondary-level physics
- Strong understanding of the British or other international curricula (e.g., IGCSE, A-Level)
- Excellent classroom management and instructional skills
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Proactive, independent, and committed to professional development
- Comfortable using technology to enhance learning experiences
- Skilled in building strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
