Role Overview: Secondary Physics Teacher
We are seeking a passionate Physics teacher who can deliver rigorous and innovative instruction aligned with the Cambridge IGCSE Physics curriculum. The ideal candidate will empower students to explore scientific principles through inquiry, experimentation, and problem-solving.
Responsibilities:
- Teach Physics to secondary-level students following the IGCSE framework
- Design interactive and differentiated lesson plans that meet diverse learning needs
- Incorporate digital tools and lab-based activities to enhance scientific understanding
- Assess student performance and provide regular, constructive feedback
- Collaborate with faculty to develop interdisciplinary STEM initiatives
- Contribute to extracurricular and enrichment programs
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physics or a related field
- Valid teaching certification (QTS, PGCE, or equivalent)
- At least 2 years of experience teaching Physics at the secondary level
- Familiarity with the Cambridge IGCSE curriculum
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- High level of English fluency (written and spoken)
