Role: Secondary Psychology Teacher

We are looking for an enthusiastic Secondary Psychology Teacher who can inspire students through creative teaching strategies and innovative lesson delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality Psychology lessons aligned with the National Curriculum for England.
• Plan engaging lessons that encourage students to think critically and apply psychological theories.
• Teach Psychology from KS3 to KS5, ensuring students gain strong research, analytical, and evaluation skills.
• Assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and implement strategies to support academic growth.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop resources and enhance the psychology curriculum.
• Participate in school events, activities, and extracurricular programs that promote student well-being.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• B.Ed. in Psychology or a related field, or a degree with PGCE/PGDE and strong subject knowledge.
• Minimum of three years’ experience teaching Psychology within the National Curriculum for England.
• Proven ability to deliver engaging lessons that inspire student curiosity and achievement.
• The ability to teach an additional subject is desirable.
• A commitment to professional growth, collaboration, and contributing to a positive school environment.
