Role: Secondary School Dean of Students

As the Dean of Students, you will:

• Promote a culture of respect and responsibility through effective behavior and attendance policies.
• Serve as a mentor and advocate, providing students with the guidance they need to navigate challenges.
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student well-being, academic progress, and social development.
• Oversee student engagement programs that foster community involvement, leadership, and personal growth.
• Lead initiatives to ensure a safe, inclusive school environment where all students feel valued and supported.

Qualifications & Requirements

Candidates should have:

• Master’s degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field
• Experience in student support, counseling, or a similar role in a secondary school setting
• Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills to help students thrive
• A passion for student advocacy and creating a positive school culture
