About the Role

The Secondary Supply Teacher (PE Specialism) plays a vital role in maintaining instructional continuity and upholding educational standards. In this flexible role, you will:

• Deliver high-quality PE lessons that promote student fitness, teamwork, and well-being
• Step into various subject areas when needed to ensure minimal disruption to student learning
• Collaborate with department heads and classroom teachers to align lessons with curriculum objectives
• Foster a positive, respectful, and supportive classroom environment
• Participate in staff meetings, school events, and extracurricular activities when applicable
• Demonstrate adaptability, strong communication skills, and a student-centered approach to teaching

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Physical Education, or a related field
• Valid teaching certification (e.g., QTS, PGCE, or equivalent)
• At least two years of experience teaching secondary students
• Solid understanding of the British curriculum and international teaching standards
• Proficiency in classroom management and instructional technology
• High level of spoken and written English fluency
• Enthusiasm for working in a multicultural, international school environment
