Anforderungsprofil:
- Abschluss als Lehrer (m/w) mit der Befähigung für das Lehramt an Realschulen oder Gymnasien mit I. und II. Staatsexamen, bzw. gleichwertigem Abschluss
- Einschlägige Berufserfahrung
- Hohe soziale Kompetenz, pädagogische Fähigkeiten, Stressresistenz
- Sicheres Auftreten, Konflikt- und Kritikfähigkeit, Durchsetzungsvermögen
- Methodische – didaktische Flexibilität und Engagement
- Spanischkenntnisse von Vorteil
- Offenheit für interkulturelle Begegnung
