Position: Social Studies Teacher
As a Social Studies Teacher, you will engage students in topics such as history, geography, civics, and global cultures. You will design and deliver interactive, inquiry-based lessons that support analytical thinking and real-world understanding. Collaboration with colleagues and participation in school-wide activities form an essential part of the role.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Studies, Education, or a closely related field
- Valid teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, QTS, or international equivalent)
- Minimum of 4 years teaching experience in a similar role
- Experience with the Cambridge curriculum and/or the UK National Curriculum
- Strong classroom management and effective communication skills
- Ability to work in a multicultural school setting
- Commitment to continuous professional development
- Fluent in both spoken and written English
