Role: Sports Coach (Swimming Specialist)

As a Swimming Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the school’s sports program and ensuring students develop key skills in swimming.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging swimming lessons for students across various age groups.
• Develop training programs that support skill progression, confidence building, and water safety.
• Use effective coaching strategies to cater to students with different learning needs and abilities.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• A recognized Level 2 Swimming Coach qualification or above.
• Proven experience coaching swimming in a school or professional sports environment.
• A commitment to professional development and a willingness to adopt new coaching methods.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.
• A track record of delivering outstanding coaching results and fostering a love for sports among students.
