Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging STEM lessons aligned with the Cambridge curriculum
- Create comprehensive unit plans, lesson plans, and learning objectives
- Utilize technology and hands-on learning resources to enhance classroom instruction
- Tailor instruction to meet the diverse needs of students
- Lead experiments, projects, and problem-solving activities
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
- Maintain detailed records of student achievement and development
- Collaborate with peers on cross-curricular and co-curricular initiatives
- Inspire curiosity and a love for STEM across all grade levels
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a STEM-related field (e.g. Science, Engineering, Math, or Technology)
- PGCE, PGDE, or equivalent teaching certification
- Minimum 5 years of experience teaching in an international or similar academic setting
- Proven success in teaching STEM subjects aligned with the Cambridge IGCSE curriculum
- Strong classroom management and effective communication skills
