Role: Teacher of Business – MYP/DP

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and interactive Business lessons aligned with the IB Middle Years Programme (MYP) and Diploma Programme (DP).
• Foster critical thinking, problem-solving, and entrepreneurship skills through inquiry-based learning.
• Develop innovative lesson plans that incorporate real-world business concepts, case studies, and financial literacy.
• Guide students in business projects, market analysis, and ethical decision-making.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the IB curriculum and create a student-centered learning environment.
• Assess student progress using IB assessment criteria and provide constructive feedback.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to stay updated on IB best practices and business education trends.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics, or a related field.
• Valid teaching license (QTS, PGCE, or equivalent).
• Proven experience teaching Business at the MYP/DP level in an IB-accredited school.
• Strong knowledge of IB curriculum standards and inquiry-based teaching methodologies.
• Ability to create a stimulating, inclusive, and student-centered classroom.
