Position: Teacher of Mathematics and Further Mathematics (Senior School)
Key Responsibilities
- Teach Mathematics and Further Mathematics at Key Stage 3, GCSE, and A-Level, following the British curriculum.
- Create engaging, inquiry-based lessons that develop problem-solving skills.
- Use data-driven teaching strategies to track student progress and provide targeted support.
- Prepare students for IGCSE, A-Level, and Further Mathematics examinations.
- Contribute to the Mathematics department’s curriculum planning and innovation.
- Organize extracurricular activities, competitions, and math clubs to enhance student learning.
- Maintain strong communication with students, parents, and colleagues.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics or a related field.
- Valid teaching qualification (QTS, PGCE, or equivalent).
- Experience teaching Mathematics and Further Mathematics at the secondary level.
- A strong track record of excellent student results in IGCSE and A-Level examinations.
- Passion for student-centered learning and curriculum development.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
