Role: Mathematics Teacher (IGCSE and IAS/IAL)

As a Mathematics Teacher, you will design and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the Cambridge IGCSE and IAS/IAL Mathematics curriculum. You will help students build deep mathematical understanding, problem-solving abilities, and exam readiness while promoting a growth mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach Mathematics to students in IGCSE and IAS/IAL programmes
• Prepare engaging, differentiated lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards
• Support student progress through regular assessments and individual feedback
• Foster a dynamic and inclusive classroom culture
• Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum planning and academic initiatives
• Participate actively in staff development and school-wide events

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics or a related field
• Valid teaching certification (QTS, PGCE, or equivalent)
• At least 3 years of proven experience teaching Mathematics at the secondary or pre-university level
• Familiarity with Cambridge IGCSE and IAS/IAL Mathematics syllabus, exam formats, and assessment practices
• Strong communication and classroom management skills
• High proficiency in spoken and written English
• Passion for teaching in a diverse international school community
