Key Responsibilities:
  • Instruction:
    • Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans that meet curriculum standards and cater to diverse student needs.
    • Utilize a variety of teaching methods and instructional materials to facilitate active learning and comprehension.
    • Evaluate and assess student performance, providing constructive feedback to support academic growth.
  • Classroom Management:
    • Create and maintain an orderly, supportive, and dynamic classroom environment.
    • Implement effective behavior management strategies to ensure a positive learning atmosphere.
    • Address and resolve student behavioral issues in accordance with school policies.
  • Collaboration and Professional Development:
    • Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and innovative teaching techniques.
    • Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching skills and stay abreast of educational advancements.
    • Engage in departmental and school-wide meetings and initiatives.
  • Student Support:
    • Provide individualized support and guidance to help students achieve their academic and personal objectives.
    • Identify and accommodate diverse learning needs, adapting teaching strategies as necessary.
    • Maintain regular communication with parents and guardians to discuss student progress and address concerns.
  • Extracurricular Involvement:
    • Contribute to the school community by participating in extracurricular activities, events, and student clubs.
    • Encourage and support student involvement in various school activities to foster a well-rounded educational experience.


  • Educational Background:
    • Bachelor’s Degree in Education or relevant subject area.
    • CAP/Master in Teacher Training is preferred.
  • Experience:
    • Previous teaching experience is highly desirable.
    • Demonstrated ability to deliver engaging and effective lessons.
  • Skills and Competencies:
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
    • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
    • Ability to work collaboratively and build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
    • Proficiency in using digital tools and technology to enhance the learning experience.
    • High emotional intelligence, including empathy, patience, and the ability to motivate and inspire students.


  • Proficiency in Spanish and English is required.
  • Additional languages are an asset.
