Role Overview: Upper Elementary Homeroom Teacher
KIA seeks a qualified homeroom teacher for upper elementary grades who can foster curiosity, collaboration, and academic growth. The successful candidate will integrate a variety of instructional strategies to meet the needs of diverse learners, promote social-emotional growth, and create a supportive classroom environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging lessons in core subjects (English, Math, Science, Social Studies)
- Establish a safe and inclusive classroom culture
- Monitor student progress and provide timely feedback
- Maintain clear communication with parents and colleagues

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Elementary Education or a related field

- Strong classroom management and organizational skills
- High proficiency in English (spoken and written)
