Role Overview: Visual Arts Teacher

We are looking for a creative and dedicated Visual Arts Teacher who can inspire students to express themselves through a range of artistic media. This role involves teaching students across various age groups, developing their artistic skills, and guiding them in both traditional and contemporary art practices.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging art lessons aligned with international and bilingual curricula
• Encourage creativity, self-expression, and visual literacy among students
• Guide students in using diverse media including drawing, painting, sculpture, and digital art
• Organize exhibitions and contribute to school-wide art events and visual culture
• Assess student work with constructive feedback and support artistic growth
• Collaborate with colleagues to design cross-disciplinary projects
• Promote innovation, exploration, and appreciation of global art traditions

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Fine Arts, Art Education, or a related field
• Teaching certification (QTS, PGCE, or equivalent)
• At least two years of classroom experience
• Strong command of English and effective communication skills
• Experience with international or bilingual education preferred
• Proactive, student-focused, and committed to professional development
• Skilled in integrating technology into the arts curriculum
