Role: MYP Arts & Design Teacher

As an MYP Arts & Design Teacher, you will:

• Deliver engaging IB MYP Arts & Design lessons, integrating creativity, visual communication, and digital design.
• Develop innovative lesson plans aligned with the IB Middle Years Programme (MYP) framework
• Foster students’ artistic expression, problem-solving, and design-thinking skills
• Implement project-based learning that encourages experimentation, collaboration, and hands-on creativity
• Assess student progress using a variety of evaluation methods
• Create an inclusive classroom environment that supports students of diverse backgrounds
• Collaborate with faculty to enhance interdisciplinary learning experiences
• Engage in continuous professional development while staying updated on IB education trends.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field (Arts, Design, Technology, or Education)
• Valid teaching license (QTS, PGCE, or equivalent)
• Minimum of two years teaching experience, preferably in an IB-accredited school
• Experience with IB MYP Arts & Design curriculum (preferred)
• Strong passion for fostering creativity, innovation, and critical thinking in students
• Commitment to professional development and collaborative teaching
