3.3 You agree it is open to the Company to contact you for any reason.

4.1 You confirm that:

c) All details submitted by you via the website when applying for jobs may be sent to the school or other institution who had a job vacancies or vacancies on the site

7.3 You acknowledge that we cannot guarantee that any potential employer will contact you, interview or hire you and that we make no representation or warranties as to the final terms and duration or any appointment obtained through the website.
7.4 The website offers you the means to apply for jobs directly with potential employers and thereafter communicate with them directly. We are not liable for action taken by you or potential employers after you have submitted your application.
