Role: Assistant Primary Principal

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support teaching and learning strategies to enhance student outcomes.
• Oversee curriculum development, assessment policies, and instructional practices.
• Implement staff training, coaching, and professional development programs.
• Maintain high academic and behavioral standards across the primary school.
• Foster a positive and inclusive school culture that supports student well-being.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute school improvement plans.
• Strengthen parent-school relationships through clear communication and engagement initiatives.
• Ensure that the British curriculum is effectively implemented and continuously improved.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Education or a BA with PGCE (or equivalent teaching qualification).
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Minimum of three years of leadership experience in a primary school setting.
• Strong knowledge of the British curriculum and a proven track record of school improvement.
• Experience in staff development, coaching, and mentoring.
• Passion for curriculum development, student achievement, and well-being.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to foster positive relationships across the school community.
• Commitment to continuous professional development and leadership growth.
