Role: Physical Education Teacher

As a PE Teacher, you will play a vital role in encouraging students to stay active, develop teamwork skills, and build confidence through sports and physical activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and structured PE lessons that align with the AERO Common Core Plus curriculum.
• Plan and implement activities that enhance students’ physical fitness, motor skills, and overall well-being.
• Develop creative lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities.
• Organize and supervise school sports events, competitions, and extracurricular activities.
• Promote healthy habits and encourage students to maintain an active lifestyle.
• Assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and set achievable fitness goals.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the school’s sports program and extracurricular offerings.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Education or a related field.
• A valid teaching qualification such as QTS, PGCE, or an equivalent credential.
• Minimum of 2 years’ teaching experience in PE or sports education.
• Strong understanding of sports coaching techniques, fitness development, and injury prevention.
• Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to motivate students.
• A commitment to fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
