Role Overview: Special Education Teacher

As a Special Education Teacher, you will:

• Design and deliver individualized learning plans based on students’ needs
• Collaborate with classroom teachers, parents, and learning support teams
• Foster an inclusive classroom that values neurodiversity
• Track student progress through regular assessments and observations
• Facilitate accommodations and modifications for academic success
• Promote social-emotional development and confidence in learners

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Special Education, Education, or a closely related field
• Valid teaching license or certification (QTS, PGCE, or equivalent)
• Experience supporting students with learning differences
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong classroom management techniques
• High proficiency in spoken and written English
• Passion for inclusive education and continuous professional growth
